Founder, Dina Lotz, provides over 25-years of comprehensive experience in matters of Administration. Having started her career as an Executive Assistant, she knew early on that her passion was in helping others succeed. Little did she know at the time, that her dedication to that passion would provide the groundwork and tools to become a well-respected and successful Business Owner, Chief Administration Officer, and mentor.
Her drive to help others succeed, points in both directions. Not just in helping business leaders and management achieve goals, but in helping the team members attain confidence, recognize and rise to their potential. Having served on the advisory board for Keiser University’s Paralegal Program for more than 10-years, as well as a mentor for the students of Palm Beach State University, she has also helped to guild and shape the path of many individuals just beginning their careers.

Dina has an extraordinary ability to hear words unspoken, identify underlying issues, very quickly evaluate obstacles along the path, and develop strategic plans to reorganize, restructure or redevelop systems and processes that people can adapt to, embrace and appreciate. The focus is on finding the key to break down silos, and develop collaboration both within teams and across teams to ensure the highest level of efficiency. All paths leading to more engagement, less frustration, higher productivity and goals achieved.
